  • The average ring size for women is size N½ (for UK and Australia), size 7 (for US and Canada)
  • The average ring size for men is size T½ (for UK and Australia), size 10 (for US and Canada)
  • When measuring to determine ring size, ensure that you are measuring the exact finger (and hand) where the ring will be worn.
  • Measure your finger at the end of the day as that is when they are at their largest
  • DON’T measure your fingers when cold as they tend to be a half size smaller when cold
  • Rings with wider bands will fit a bit tighter. If you plan to measure one of her rings, try to measure one with a similar width as the ring you want to purchase.
  • When determining the ring size from an existing ring, ensure that the ring you choose to measure is worn on the exact finger as the new ring.
  • A ring should fit secure enough so that it will never fall off. It should have a loose comfortable fit when sliding it over your knuckle.
